Educational activities

The Department of Physics Teaching Methods is an independent structural unit of the faculty. In addition to the methods of teaching physics, the department provided the organization of the educational process in electrical and radio engineering. The team of teachers of the department works to improve the content of university education.

Research activities

Scientific research of the department’s employees is currently associated with the problems of increasing the level of professional competence of graduates of the Faculty of Physics in the context of a multi-level system of training specialists with higher pedagogical education. Research activities at the department are carried out in many areas and are in the nature of both fundamental and applied research. Research is carried out in accordance with the scientific interests of teachers, Russian and international programs, as well as the socio-ecological needs of the region. Throughout the years of its existence, the department has been doing a lot of work on coordination and international relations.

The international cooperation

Scientists of the department cooperate with the departments of Pedagogical Universities in the cities of St. Petersburg, Moscow, TSPU named after S. Aini, the Republican Institute for Advanced Studies, and the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.

During its activity, the department has made a significant contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists and young specialists with university education for the needs of the Republic of Tajikistan and other regions.
